Filming took place from January 8 thru January 16 of 1986.

The episode starts out with a montage of re-used footage.

First we see the Gayety Burlesque sign from Give A Little, Take A Little, which we have also seen in Little Prince.

Then we see a woman in a very vice like outfit standing outside the Gayety. Re-used footage from Little Prince.

Then we see a pimp on a downtown corner. This was filmed outside 202 N. Biscayne Blvd. and is re-used footage from Give A Little, Take A Little and Little Prince.

Then a “couple” outside the Gayety.

Then the Bar sign located at Collins Ave. and 20th Street from Little Prince.

Then “Mr. Black Jack” from Give A Little, Take A Little.

Then a woman with nice shoes.

Then we see new footage of a woman with a tongue. Location unknown.

Then we see Concord Electronics at 20th Street looking south down Collins Ave. This is re-used footage from Give A Little Take A Little.

This is now a clothing store called Atrium.

Then we cut to a working girl walking around in front of a store. For this we have jumped over to the mainland. We are now outside Croissant Vending Inc., 223 E. Flagler Street in Downtown Miami. This is now Electroland in the Flagler Building.

Then we see a shot of another red light district. This looks like it may have been footage from Los Angeles. Location unknown.

We cut back to Flagler then to the exterior of the Gayety 2, (re-used footage from Little Prince) on Collins before returning to E. Flagler.

Then more re-used footage from Give A Little Take A Little outside the Gayety.

Then we return to the Croissant store where the owner confronts the street walkers. The Santa Fe Center building is seen in the background.

We see one of the street walkers, Florence get into a Porsche 906 that pulls up in front of the croissant store. The script originally called for this to be a white Lotus Esprit, not a Porsche.

Then we see Crockett and Tubbs arrive on the scene just after the unregistered Porsche leaves with Florence.

Next we see Crockett and Tubbs stop in front of the Fat Boys who are dealing drugs on the corner. They tell Darren Robinson of the Fat Boys to make it disappear and he eats a joint. Mark Morales and Damon Wimbley of the Fat Boys look on and laugh. Location unknown

Then we see Crockett and Tubbs northbound on Biscayne Blvd. passing East Flagler St., at the far south end of the Grand Prix course passing the southern most bleachers near turn 1. The building seen in the background is no longer there. It was Miami’s main library when built in 1951.

Then Biscayne northbound passing NE 1st St.

Then they pull a U-turn. Filming for the turn starts on Biscayne Blvd. at NE 2nd Street. Most of the turn was filmed there. Then it cuts, with the camera now shooting past Tubbs, and we are on the Grand Prix circuit at turn 12, by Bayside Marina.

Then by what I am 99% sure is the Bayfront Park Station of the Metrorail, located on Biscayne at SE 2nd Street.

Then they approach a red light. They start on Biscayne Blvd. headed north in the 500block.

This scene was tough on the “Ferrari”, as they blew the transmission filming this scene.

They come to a screeching halt at a red light. This was filmed back at 6th Street.

Then it cuts back to East Flagler in front of the Santa Fe Center.

Then back to Biscayne at 6th Street looking south. Here the Porsche is seen by Crockett and Tubbs as it passes them in the mandatory turn lane (left onto 6th Street) and goes straight through the red light.

Then we briefly see Crockett and Tubbs sitting befuddled at the light. Then we see them take off, accelerating down the street. We would assume after the Porsche. However they are miles (and episodes) away from the Porsche. This is footage from episode 21, Evan. This was filmed headed eastbound on NW 36th Street by NE 31st Avenue. What appears to be them chasing after the Porsche is actually Crockett hitting the gas after just having dissolved his friendship with Tubbs in Evan.

Then it cuts back to Biscayne going north and crossing 6th Street.

Then they turn into the Grand Prix course off Biscayne. I believe this was in the area of 7th Street but I have not been able to suss out the exact location. Location unsure.

Then they continue southbound and the view is south down Biscayne and we see the famous coppertone sign on 530 Biscayne Blvd., the Parkleigh House at 5th Street. We saw this view of the Coppertone sign, but a little further away, in Absence Of Malice where Michael stops and Confronts the Gangsters that are following him on Biscayne by 10th Street.

Ne 2nd St

Turn 12

Then it cuts to look north to show the red light which you would expect be at the intersection of Biscayne and 6th Streets. It is not. This was filmed about 13 blocks further north on Biscayne Blvd. at 19th Street.

Then we see them racing around the Grand Prix course in the area of 7th Street. I believe they are seen negotiating turn 7.

Then out onto Biscayne Blvd., turning left (southbound) at NE 8th Street.

Then it cuts to show what should be Crockett and Tubbs completing the turn onto Biscayne Blvd. As they complete the turn to head southbound on Biscayne we can see the gulf Station from Asence of Malice in the background.

They continue southbound thru the 500 block.

Then it cuts and they are still southbound on Biscayne but now they have jumped back up near NE 8th Street.

Then it jumps back to the 500 block of Biscayne Blvd.

Then we see a close up of Crockett and Tubbs. I believe this was filmed northbound on Biscayne Blvd. by NE 1st Street but not enough is seen to confirm this. Location unknown.

Next we see them southbound on Biscayne approaching NE 3rd Street.

Then a shot from above as they approach and pass East Flagler Street.

Then we see the camera shooting north as the Daytona approaches, driving southbound, back up in the 500 and 400 blocks of Biscayne.

Then southbound still, passing NE 3rd Street on Biscayne Blvd. This is the same location where we saw Tubbs driving northbound in episode 4, Hit List/Calderone’s Return.
